INTO Giving and INTO staff are donating £2,550 ($2,900) to Save the Children Pakistan

Supporting humanitarian aid in Pakistan

How can you help?

INTO Giving launched an appeal to raise funds for the Pakistan flooding crisis.

INTO staff and INTO Giving have raised a total of £2,550 ($2,900) which will all be sent to the Save the Children Pakistan Appeal

HOW ARE SAVE THE CHILDREN HELPING?

Save the Children Pakistan is already operating in the worst affected areas, and is deploying teams to other hardest-hit areas to assess the immediate needs of children and families.

They are delivering food packs, relief tents and kitchen items and have so far set up 30 Temporary Learning Centres in flood affected areas.

This year Save the Children has so far reached 11,094 people, including 5,752 Pakistani children, through responses to flooding and is working closely with government and local partners.

One third of the whole country has been submerged.

That's the same as the whole of the UK, or more than the whole of New England and New Jersey combined.

More than a million homes have been destroyed or badly damaged, leaving many homeless and exposed to the elements.

33 million people, including 11 million children have been affected. Children in Pakistan urgently need your help.

MORE THAN 1,000 PEOPLE, INCLUDING 348 CHILDREN HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE WORST FLOODING TO HIT PAKISTAN IN DECADES.
